This document explains who runs the site, what is stored during your visit and how you stay in control of it.

What data we process

This site is a database of humanoid robots. There is no sign-up, no forms and nothing we ask of you. We therefore process no data you would have to give us. The hosting server keeps ordinary operational logs (IP address, request time, browser type) for as long as necessary for security and operations — that is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookies

Necessary

They store the chosen language, the light or dark theme and your choice in the consent banner. Without them the site would ask the same question on every load. They need no consent under Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll., because they are required for the service you asked for.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga and _ga_*) measures anonymous traffic. They load only with your consent — until you give it, the Google script is not downloaded at all and not a single request reaches its servers. If you withdraw consent, the cookies are deleted from your browser.

Consent is valid for one year, then we ask again. You can change or withdraw it at any time via “Settings” in the footer — withdrawing is as easy as giving it (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Settings

Who receives the data

Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited as our processor; transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The site runs on a hosting provider’s server in the European Union. We pass the data to no one else and we do not sell it.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, to its rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz).
